A little history on computers I had Hedgewars on
First computer I had Hedgewars on, worked fine but the computer doesn't work anymore. (9.7)
Second computer, Hedgewars froze all the time.(9.11)
Third computer, the computer stopped working before I could try it.(9.12)
Fourth computer, Windows Refused to open Hedgewars.(9.12)
Fifth computer, Works fine.(9.13)

No, first of all, the one I had 9.7 on was actually a laptop, which stopped working about a year ago. After that, I completely forgot about Hedgewars until spring brake this year, which was when I installed Hedgewars 9.11, which always froze. Anyway, when I figured out about the next release, I tried installing it on 2 computers, I gave up for a while, then when 9.13 came out, I joined Hedgewars.org and got the new 9.13, which I installed on my brother's computer, and it works fine.
Arch linux, used to use ubunu, sabayon, fedora... the list goes on, but now I love arch and am sticking with it (until I finish my distro, which hasn't started any real making yet, just planning).

So, I have (and play, of course) Hedgewars on my Notebook with Windows 7 x86 Home Premium (not having any crash or problem since I upgraded from Vista Home).
Sometimes I also play hedgewars on my old computer, which has Windows XP x86 Home Edition.
In the past I also played the game (only a few times) on a Windows XP Pro O.S.

Three others said Debian before me, but if you consider that all those *buntu/Mint Linux distributions are systems derived from Debian, I'd say that Debian is winning in this thread.

Right now, it runs on Ubuntu Linux 10.10 Maverick Meerkat x86_64 for me.
But it is also just a matter of time before I upgrade to 11.04 or the next LTS
