Weapon Set Problem

Hello
Recently when i've been playing on the server, the default weapon set has randomly disappeared. Sometimes it will be there, and sometimes it won't. Does anyone know why this is, or how to fix it? 
Could happen if you renamed the default weapon set I guess (something we need to get around to preventing).

I think thats what happened. How would i make a new weapon set without this happening, as there is no "new set" button like there is when creating modes?
There is a new button if you go to Options instead.
