The Hedgehog holds a double-handed kite holder. A kite then is allowed to be released that is attached by a string. (Similar to the rope string.)

The up arrow key will release more string while the down arrow key will wind string in. The kite is highly affected by the wind. Left and Right Arrow key moves the Hedgehog left and right and the Hedgehog can still do jumps.

While the kite it up, the Hedgehog can select grenade type weapons. Once one is selected, when you press enter it will climb up the string of the kite and fall off the kite once it reaches the end of the string.

Why?:

The novelty of the kites will be kite. They can have tails that can blow in the wind; and different graphics can be used to come up 'randomly' with different types and different colors of kite.

Gameplay value is that it would allow Hedgehogs to drop grenade type weapons across chasms without moving their Hedgehog across itself so long as wind is favorable.
