Italian translation - last update before 0.9.18

I've just created the last update to the italian translation before 0.9.18. Unless there are importart updates that need to be done, I won't be updating the it.txt file or the other locale files until the new version of the game is out.

Can this be done with a Windows environment?
At the moment I do not own any PC with Linux installed in it...
