Demo replay controls

How do I properly control the replay of demos other than “watching from the beginning till the end” and “Fast forward 2× by holding down [S] key”?
Do other controls even exist?

Also, it isn't really 2x. To make long demos less annoying, I made it speed up more the longer you hold down S
A command to fast forward like, oh, /ff 1:30 to skim ahead to minute 1:30 at max speed might be a nice idea.
Except it doesn't exist yet
Maybe next release.

I really think more controls should be available besides "Fast forward and pause".
Especially in my case "Rewind". As while trying to re-play cool rope moves or to re-watch a part of the demo, I have to stop the whole demo and re-play it all over again just to see that part of the demo.
