0.9.20 does not launch on Mac

When trying to open the latest version, I get the following message:
'Hedgewars cannot be opened because of a problem.
Check with the developer to make sure Hedgewars works with this version of OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and OS X.
Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.'
I got a 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display, running the latest software (10.9.1).
I have tried downloading again but get the same error.

I looked at the link... I don't get it..
I did what it said, put it in frameworks. It still gives me the same error
