I followed the wiki step by step, i got the Qt SDK from c-net since the download from the wiki is not available anymore. But other than that everything else is the same.

I get the following errors when running the build_windows.bat:
1. Missing GHG!
2.Missing PKG_CONFIG_EXECUTABLE
3.Could NOT find SDL_image
4.Could NOT find SDL_ttf
5.Could NOT find Glut

Plus a few dev warnings.

There is some output in the bin folder but no .exe .

If someone could help i would appreciate it very much, i am trying to make the camera static and not follow the cursor but rather follow the active hog, i think i figured it out how to do that but i have never build anything with cmake before so i am going to need some help.

IMO setting up an ubuntu dual boot and using the Building on Linux instructions would be far easier.

Yeah, sorry about that.
As far as I can tell there are two problems.
First is that the only windows env among the devs is a VM that unc0rr keeps up to date for doing releases, and he set that up many years ago.
I have one that I also setup years ago, but I haven't maintained it and I doubt it would compile. As a result the Building on Windows instructions, which were already not very user friendly, are not maintained either.

Second is kinda related to the first, and that is that Windows is just a PITA due to lack of package management for dev libs. And on a broader front, their general (rational) antipathy to the FOSS ecosystem. But, yeah, if my mom can set up an ubuntu dual boot in <30m, then I imagine you could do that in far less time, and then the rest is just copying and pasting a few lines ☺
