Chat border

Hello there
Yet another report... In brighter map, it's sometimes nearly impossible to read the chat-message.
Is it possible to do some bordered box around the chat-console?
On maps with bright background, this is sometimes quite annoying when you need to scroll in other areas or scroll a way that something is behind the text to be able to read it.
Any way to fix this?

i'm just trying to submit constructive ideas...
so however... if you want me to stay quiet or if you've got a problem with me, you may tell it right in my face... i don't have any problems with that.
