To the Admins/Owners or whatever

So, I am creating a discord server for hedgewars. A lot of people use discord, and discord can be a way to spread hedgewars, and maybe even find people who can help with hedgewars(donators, coders, etc).
Would you be interested or willing(After I set it all up) to take up Admin?
Of course with popularity will come the bad people(The ignorant jerks, The too lazy to do a little research, and that whole bunch), But I think this will really help with making hedgewars more active and popular.
Discord is proprietary software and I reject proprietary software. It's completely controlled by the corporation and not by their users. This gives Discord, Inc. unjust power that they can abuse to their liking.
I definitely will not join this group, let alone even become admin.
I am all in favor of popularizing Hedgewars, something which will become more important than ever since the release is coming closer and closer. But it saddens me that players try to popularize Hedgewars, a free software game, in proprietary services.
The popularity of Discord is very worrying in my opinion.
But I will not and can not prevent the creation of any fan groups, no matter how they will manifest (I'm not dictating your personal use of software), even if they use proprietary services. But I will never endorse or join them. Keep in mind that by using proprietary chat services, you automatically encourage others to walk into the same trap.
Personally for instant chat I use IRC (Wuzzy) and XMPP (Wuzzy2@jabber.ccc.de).

I can understand that.
There IS already a Hedgewars Discord and I am an admin. Sadly, it is not linked anywhere on the website, you need to find the link on the forum (because of what Wuzzy said).
