I also don't know exactly what you mean, because there haven't been big changes to the chat commands lately.
The biggest change lately was the addition of /help in 0.9.25, but even that is now years ago. Most changes were just bugfixes. Calling that an “overhaul” is quite an overstatement.

But the few changes that have been done have been done by me.

Ok, so to put the long story short (tl;dr), those changes toke away something Precious of mine...

@Wuzzy The word overhaul really is an exaggeration, because you know, I'm furrowed. But on the other hand, it's not just an exaggeration, at least in my eyes it isn't. I lose my Precious and now I bummed about it, and nothing I can do, nor could you or anyone really. This sure is a dead-end, because Sam has thrown the Ring into the searing lava below.

@nemo Well, I'm not here for giving praise or complain or request, I am here just to share my sadness. I did get a bit angery (Yes, angery) back then but in an instant it became sorrow. That is because I know in that exact moment, what's gone won't come back, and there's nothing to fix if there's nothing to fix. It is just as simple as that.

Although, I'm sorry that I can't tell you what was that thing. Let's just say that it was a unique, one and only, precious thing just for me. An exotic relic from the past that may be sold for a million dollars, but I kept it all for myself inside my little pocket. It is a ring, the One Ring to control them all, the... ah... Precious... Why would you leave me... Ah~

(Those may sound like a random rambling, as usual, but let me tell you that those aren't just for show. They have some truth inside of them, and yes, I would spend my money if I could have it again, which I simply could not.)

No one ~from everybody that I've ever met~ knows this, including the veterans (Old players). Even the dev (Especially the one that brings the change, Sam. No disrespect) doesn't know such unique relic exists, my exotic ring, ah~ and damn now I'm sadder than before. I definitely regret on the inside for writing all these...

But it is a good thing that you don't know. Knowing what I'm actually talking about would only bring bad things, since it is an all-powerful cursed item.
