Do YOU prefer:

gameplay modes like "Capture the Flag" that can be applied to any map of your choice and gives you more freedom (custom locations, weapons, modifiers) or

mission maps like "CTF_Blizzard" that are optimized to work with a specific map and can therefore offer special features (e.g. the team-teleporters) that wouldn't work if the map wasn't fixed?
