Keep Window positions

On my windows XP it always changes the window postions for the InGame-Window (not the settings-window) and often it is cutted by the taskbar. I would approve if it could save the last window position for the InGame-Window.

I also would like this, it's rather irritating having to pause or alt+tab out of the window to move it, keeping it in place would be best.
