RC Plane Bug ?

I started rc plane
left or right i can handle it with up and down
but when i started it up i musst handle with left and right
and in a fight many times i musst start it 45° i cant handle so fast that the plane dosnt crush.
why not handle the rc plane with only left and right buttons ?
Edit: Because it's difficult.
