Looks very good. Has anyone considered adding a bit of screen rumble/vibration with the larger explosions, just for a bit more visual feedback?

i don't like that, idea was good, but when you place only 2 dynamits on one hog, or some mm next to him, he will die.. it is a little bit overpowered, when you can put more dynamits at once

I like the rumble Idea for big explosions. Maybe the hedgehog could go "arghhh" or "EARTHQUAKE" when it happens.

The rumble is already implemented Smile
Though it wasn't present in this (old) video.

Wow, 9.13 sounds like the best release so far. This is THE BEST open source game ever. With such a great dev team.

Great work indeed. And here comes a question: how do you determine the position of the ring from the explosion? At first I thought it is related to the angle of the terrain on which the explosive is placed. But than the first and the last TNT proved me wrong. Smile

it would be rather nice to keep it as optional though. some of us love the crazy weapons and having many dynamites is definitely worth it Smile

Most probably. But it'll be cooler if an explosion is related to the terrain.

To me that wouldn't be very nice. That doesn't seem very hedgewarsy. But I suppose it might look cool...

Will this be for smaller explosions too?

Only the big ones. So bazooka etc. stay as their are (for now).

That's good. It's nice to have variation and it makes the game more varied and exiting.
