It's very annoying to play with people who retired during the match.
I suggest creating a reputation for the user, with the number of games played, the number of matches completed and the percentage of withdrawals.

That would be a good idea! Then you could choose who to play with based on they're reputation.

Well, I personally disapprove anything that gives players a reason to create ghost accounts\mules\dummy accounts\fake accounts just to mess around with other players.
The system you guys are taking about would work if this game was bought for $20+ and included a uniquer serial, but not when the game is free to get and register.
There is also the privacy issue, but I'm not gonna get into that now.
