hi all i'm new... i want only to say i found some new hats in hats dir :S ... why in hats stay Reserved and in it we found dragons of bubble bubble... and other.But why that hats aren't added in the game???Please answer me

They'll be "free for all" once 0.9.14 is released (but there might be new reserved hats for other guys; I don't know for sure right now), so just be patient. You could as well just copy and rename them for your own use - but they won't work online.
