Deselect Weapons/Tools

Hello!
How can one deselect a weapon or a tool without selecting another one?
For example in the training missions, when you only have the construction tool and you select that, you see the area, where you can place it, ok. But when you decide not to build something, I can't see any way to get rid off the construction thing unless the time of my turn runs out.
Any idea?
Hey Alpha Zen. Usually selecting another weapon (like Skip Go which can be accessed by hitting F10) is the easiest way around this. If you want to entirely deselect all weapons, you need to cycle through your weapon slots until you reach "amNothing", at which point you will get the generic "No weapon selected message". To do this just keep pressing whichever F-key your currently selected weapon corresponds to. For example, if you only have 1 weapon in the F7 slot (i.e. girder), and you currently have girder selected, hitting F7 again will result in you having no weapon selected.
