I think it would be nice if players may choose mines explosion time. There may be a few possibilities, like:

- 1-5 sec
- instantly
- random

I miss instantly exploding mines the most, like it was in worms 1(not worms +).

Yeah, and mine strike should be timed too!

This is what I miss too, not so much putting timed mines, but let those on the terrain be random timed, and also make some of them instantly exploding. Now it is too easy to avoid mine explosion, cause there is plenty of time to run away Smile

DON'T PANIC!

Now that we have the random timer option (which is perfect), would it be possible to put it in the default settings?
Most people online play with the default settings, and 2sec mines that can be avoided without any problem are just... boring.

That or 1sec mines, which can sometimes be avoided but not as easily.

Other suggestion:
Set a range of times in the options rather than a number, so you can do 0-2 sec if you like harsh surprises and 1-5 if you feel more lenient.
