so i was on page 48 i saw this pic of a hedgehog in a hot air balloon with this face

It was a weapon concept from Tiyuri.
I'd have to check history, but I think it was intended to hover over the map and do... something. Attack, reinforce. Both? Can't recall.
Hm... maybe was more accurate to say... concept... maybe he wanted it to be a kind of announcer now that I think about it. The example image has that happening. Maybe both were tossed around.
In any case could use it for anything we come up with.
