Suggestions
Lobby Interface:
-Larger default size
-Interface graphics (I can draw)
-Title screen (I can draw)
-Indication of players hitting "ready" (I can draw)
-Kick player button
-Reorganization of menu options (Single player/multiplayer can both sit under "Local play" for example) Leading to less clutter on main screen
In game interface:
-Chat functionality (essential! :P)
-The players name at the bottom of the screen (next to health bar) flashing white to indicate their turn
-Additional commentary messages at the top of the screen (Similar to the weapon selection messages) "hedge 1 sunk hedge 2!", "Hedge 2 meets his maker!", "Hedge 3 can't swim!" and so on. Additional recognition based on amount of damage, amount of hedgess hit, hitting a hedge who previously hit you, would be nice. As well as team messages "Team Tiyuri Defeated!"
In game Graphics
-Particle system for explosions etc
-Health pack made smaller, animation made to occur less frequently to match my sprite (play animation once ever 5 seconds)
-Slightly slow speed of plane on air strike
-Improved particle system on Bazooka trails, use single sprite and resize it in the engine as it moves further away from the rocket.
-Additional hedgehog animations for jumping, backflipping, drowning, being hurt, rope swinging, parachute jumping, victory, loss, several "idle" animations, played randomly at large intervals, falling long distances
-Additional background layer between foreground + horizon, for addition of weather effects and other things
-Weapon graphics for hedgehogs holding a particular weapon, using engine to rotate them to the correct angle (I can draw)
In game sound
-Ambient background sound, similar to the sound in worms Armageddon (will attempt to supply)
-Voice samples (supplied) used on various events, i.e. jumping, airstrikes, attacking a hedgehog who previously attacked you ("Revenge!"), being hit, winning the match, hitting an opponent, missing, skipping a turn, idling ("Hello??"), so on.
-Menu music (will attempt to supply)
-Some improved/additional weapon sounds (will attempt to supply)
-"home run" sound, when hedgehog baseball bats another hedgehog off of the side of the map (will attempt to supply)
-Movement sound of some kind
Gameplay
-Ability to re-aim rope when in the air (refer to worms Armageddon)
-Sudden death (water rises, or all Hedges set to 1 health, so on)
-Rounds (match consists of "best of three" rounds), player who gets the first turn cycles
-Option to allow players to place their own Hedges at the start of the match (taking it in turns)
-Optional "borders" around the map, and ability to turn off water.
-Ability to disable some weapons
-Ability to disable wind
-Ability to modify ammo on weapons
-Ability to modify health and ammo drop rates (crates)
-Low gravity option
-Hand gun seems to effect terrain destruction strangely
-Fire needs to corrode terrain, last longer, spread further, with greater number of fire sprites
-Jumping at enemies sometimes pushes them, this can be used to push worms off of the map, SHOULD be possible with the rope, shouldn't be possible by simply jumping.
-A player disconnecting in a multiplayer match should forfeit the team, killing all his worms, it shouldn't halt the match!

When hedgewars gets super weapons like super sheep I think instead of sudden death reducing health to 1 it should drop a super weapon close to the hedgehog who's turn it is next.
