A F4T4L 3RR0R H4S OCCUR3D (An idea for this year's Hedgewars Halloween)

Heya. This idea is fairly simple, straight-forward and one-time. For this Halloween, all hedgehogs get red skin with black spikes and black eyes with red pupils. They also get their hand count doubled, having 4 hands and 2 legs akin to Fatal Error by AnarackWarriors:

Pushing out a global change like that would require getting it in before release... also I kinda feel like the tomato one is enough of forced skinning jokes. But you could make it as a mod for people to install voluntarily.
