Fort issues in OSX

I seem to be having an issue playing the fort mode on my Mac.
Me and my friend start up an internet match.(Both have OSX) but when we start a fort game, it always uses the planes as the forts. I cant get the other ones to work.
Has this happened to anyone else?
^select the setup in startscreen, then edit team and give it a fort, select your team in multiplayer game.... should work!
