Can someone tell me how to edit demos?

You can't and should not, they are records and being able to edit them means that the tournament etc. would be a hazel as someone would have to watch each match.

One of those hedgewars developers. I am specially knowledgeable in lua scripting, and the father of gameplay scripts.

Well I mean just length, like I want to edit the length of the demo? Is it possible, yes or no? :/

It is possible to cut the tail of the demo, and totally impossible to cut its beginning

well well well, how to edit demos, just use a screen recording software which is already included in quicktime for mac users, then fire up iMovie and Voilà it's done.
