it feels a little "dead" and "empty" for me (red-orange with blue greyish background). I would like to see more colors and change music from "oriental".

the girder is kinda uncreative (maybe you should use a grape vine)
also make the fruits in the land bigger make more of them that are more colourful (blueberry,starfruit,pair...)
and put them on angles
i hope that helps

Hey Randy,

I like your theme in general, but let's go into details.
I really like the look of the land objects, but there are also things I don't like about your theme - this includes falling cherries/bananas in the background, which I find a bit irritant. The negative feeling is emphasized by the fact that the cherries periodically swap with bananas, I would rather they remained static.
There's also one issue regarding the sky - there's a kind of a seam on it at the edge of two merged images, see for yourself:

pretty sure the fruits swapping is just a bug in his flake animation period (needs to be a lot longer)

maybe you should use cornucopia as clouds
the vines aren't so convincing (maybe they should be brown?)
also the fruits should still be bigger and more diverce
what i pictured with the grapevine girder is individual grapes on the top and bottum
(something like the chrismas girder)
but now i notised how unrealistic that is
maybe you should add leaves?

i only looked at the screen shots
i'm going to bed now cause typeing at -1 wpm isn't worth it :P(i hope my comment is ledgeable and not rude)

most fruits grow on trees so maybe you want to add some somewhere (i'd get rid of the islands in the backround and replace them with more fruit)

Awesome, so much improvement. That watermelon backland is great, but the girder... i dunno. Good work .

1. landtext has a border on top (just like a certain someone predicted :P)
2. landtextback has the same issue
3. there are transparent lines in the landtextback (is there alpha in it?)

suggestions
1. make the background a kitchen
2. make the watermelon seeds black
3. make the things that fall when land is damaged watermelon rinds
4. (edit) also i wouldn't use the same fruit for different things

Hey Randy, FWIW, I increased the flake time in the DLC zip so it won't do that weird changing fruits thing

Nice theme you have here. It reminds me of Worms Armageddon. I have only just become more interested in Hedgewars again and it is good to see a nice fruit theme. And it's a lot nicer than the fruit theme i tried making a couple of years ago. I did do a little editing on it recently but most of it was free hand so it aint the best quality. The bananas and background haven't been remade yet.

Oh and a comment on your theme, the LandTex doesn't tile well. As in the stems or whatever those lines are meant to be do not line up. Hope this helps

Please consider uploading your theme on http://hh.unit22.org/, too. It is a website operated by bender (I think) which is especially for hosting themes and maps. I have had bad experiences with one-click hosters like MediaFire, they delete often and seemingly at random. It must be luck your version 2 theme is still online. Also it can't hurt to have another backup of the theme on the Internet, just in case.

However, you should read the FAQ first, as the maintainer(s) are a bit picky.

Oh, and please upload both versions, because both versions have their own charme.
