I announce that I'm changing my ways. I won't suggest my dumb ideas ever again. I'll just code them into my own forks of Hedgewars. I'm already coding one. It's called OpenWorms. Can someone please give me a tutorial on how to code custom weapons? I promise it isn't scary or stupid.

I want to find an easy-to-use program that can customize the weapons in Hedgewars schemes. It doesn't have to be about making your own "Continents" in "Continental Supplies," but it is advised for it to be so.
