This is a thread in which I want to collect servers which are around. With “server” I mean that server which provide the lobby and stuff.
There may be times when the master server is down. In these times this list comes in handy.

How to join any server
The fast way:
Click on the “Join now” link above. If your browser supports the “hwplay” URL scheme (not by default), clicking on the link should start Hedgewars and join the server.
Your browser might ask you for an application to use for the “hwplay” URL scheme. Tell your browser to use the Hedgewars application.

The slow way:

1. Go to the main menu.
2. Click on “Play local network game” (Actually this menu is not only for local networks, so this is a misnomer)
3. Click on “Specify”
4. Enter the host adress and port number as specified.
5. Click on “OK”

That’s it! If the server is up, you will be transferred to the lobby.

hey, i just download rope race 2 and tried to play and there is a problem, there are no external walls, i mean i fall in to the water couse the "external walls" arent there, does anyone knows how to fix it? thanks

Sheepluva say ip tracking, maybe but why should the user part of the show ip,

Then I found a small vulnerability on the site.
I used a few times a vulnerability in bb code (img) for get ip,
ip impossible to hide if you have cleaned there are other ways to get it.
I sent those whom he suspected who might be Crazy Boy.

then began to suspect sheеpluva.
I posted a link to the game, (google shorter)
but he looked to where the forwarding and came to my home page
I realized this because the transition was not for the link which I gave
and i got [IP removed by administration] and Wget/1.12 (linux-gnu)
then I found out about his server.

Sheepluva said after I uploaded the file on his server, "I told you ip bad info..." or somehow wrong.
it is wrong to blame the ip.
we are with him in something similar to the obstinacy probably.
After Sheepluva and unc0rr decided to block my ip, it a little funny.

I wrote matisumi IP, because when someone discusses what it
sheepluva defended it seemed to us that it is one person.

About admins
Sometimes I do not understand the unc0rr.
I never had any problems with nemo and Mikade.

Some times ago I took the 'highlander.lua' from mikade (Thanks for this awesome mode!) as template and made two mutations:

HeavyHighlander and HighlanderBalanced

Now an update is done and they work in 0.9.20

In both scripts is less luck given, the one is more explosive, the other more tactical:

Heavy Highlander:
Only strong weps, new utilities (vampirism, timebox etc), no kamikaze.
You can't have bad luck with weapons, cause nearly everything you get is usefull!
Taken out: Mortar, Limburger, Seduction, Sniper, Desert Eagle, Seduction, Lasersight etc.
Pickhammer instead of kamikaze
Health crates und utility crates (The content can be used only one time)
Random mines + dudmines added and other little changes...
My recommendation: play on BIG maps.

Highlander Balanced:
Weak & strong things taken out (Teleporter, Hellish Bomb, Watermelon, Ballgun etc), some reduced in strength!
You nearly can't kill directly (except kicking into water) with one weapon.
Health crates und utility crates (The content can be used only one time)
And other little changes...
Important: reduced strength for
-Cake (runs only 8 sec, not 20)
-RC Plane (can only drop 1 bomb, not 3)
-Kamikaze (distance is halfed)

Hey everyone,

Today I came to know of two incidents that resulted in 2 players having their accounts banned.

One case I was particularly impressed about was a player who created an account with the name 'GAYTEAM'. This player was like any other player, and he played with no problems for a time, even learning to play some shoppa, which requires time as we all know.

This player told me that one day he entered a room where one of the devs was present. At that moment the dev banned GAYTEAM, quoting reasons of 'illegal name' or something like that. What surprised me even more is that Shepluva woud have also given the OK for this ban. This ban was permanent.

I would like to think the devs simply made a judgment error and thought this player was a troll of some sorts. I hope you didn't know he was just a regular player who happened to be gay, and named his team accordingly. I hope this is not the case, because otherwise it would mean at hedgewars we are OK with having 'killers', 'assassins', etc, but we don't stand 'gay'.... This would be tremendously discriminatory, and very strange to be found on an open-source community like Hedgewars.

This brings me to the second case. The player Barcelona1973 was banned for 3 days for cursing at another player in the lobby. I won't contest this. I in fact agree with a no-tolerance policy for verbal insult at the lobby. What I would like to remark is that this player was cursing at another player doing swastikas and nazi remarks on lobby and rooms. I wonder, was there anything done about this other player? I hope the same standards apply to violents and racially discriminatory behavior.

I just want to put this out there, to get a clarification of the misunderstanding, or start a necessary discussion if there is none.
