Minecraft by MAXIM2004
P.S. I am russian player, so I may be bad at English.
I hope that you will understand me.
Hello, Hedgewars' players and developers.
This is my first mod about this game, so don't be serious. It's just a creation, which was made for fun. Anyway, let's go!
If you like Minecraft and Hedgewars, why don't we merge them? This just a theme, which I made using theme 'Blox' (It don't replace 'Blox', they're different). Music may be quiet, but it consists.
If you want to use this mod for your modpack, just tell me. Now, I need to complete 'Sonic' voicepack. I will post it later.
Goodbye, MAXIM2004 or Maxim.

MLG SOUNDPACK
Hey all mlg pros!
I present you...
THE HEDGEWARS MLG SOUNDPACK!
Coming soon, I will put the link here once i make it.
[Voice] Yukkuri (Touhou)
Hello there. I only recently found out about Hedgewars and i decided to make a voicepack since it would be funny to suprise my friends with it. I decided that there are probably more than enough people that would like to have something like a Yukkuri voicepack as well.
What is a Yukkuri
Yukkuris are fictional creatures created by the fanbase of the Touhou video game series. They consist of (usually) disembodied heads of various characters from Touhou, which are somehow able to move about, speak, and eat, despite the fact that they are only heads. They get their name from their catchphrase in Japanese, "Yukkuri shiteitte ne!" which literally means "Do it slowly!" but is more often translated as "Take it easy!" The term "Yukkuri" is Japanese for "slowly", but has connotations of being at ease or relaxing. Thus, their name is literally "Slow" or "Easy". -http://yukkuri.wikia.com
So in short it's bassicly a dumb Touhou meme. For some reason a crappy japanese text to speech program is associated with it. If you have no clue what any of this is, the voicepack can still be kinda funny i suppose since it's just badly translated japanese text to speech.
What did i use
I have to make my boys from the Free Software community proud so you'll be glad to know that i used audacity for this. I didn't use a Free Software program to translate from English to Japanese, i just used google. For the actual text to speech i used http://yukkuritalk.com/.
Plans for the future
Although this is most likely a one off thing, you'll be glad to know that i filled out all the core lines as listed on the wiki. I might do some of the bonus lines but don't get your hopes up. If anybody feels like making a newer version or something go ahead.
Modify combat for gamified learning?
Hi - new here, sorry if this is a dumb question.
I am looking for a turn-based game where I can customize the combat system in some way to reflect success / failure in an external task (e.g. it would call my external code, which would require the player to solve a math problem, or spell a word correctly, etc, which would then return the results back into the regular flow of the game). For example, maybe a shot misfires if you are wrong, or doesn't make as big an explosion, or whatever.
The motivation is gamification of learning - my kids (8 & 11) respond really well to for example the Prodigy game, but I'd like to explore a more personalized range of material.
Is this practical within Hedgewars? If not, does anyone have any alternative suggestions?
thanks
Mark
Lua: setting weapons for a particular team
Is there no way to set the weapons for a particular team without doing it at the hog level?
At the start of the game I want to do SetAmmo for each team, so each can have different weapons. (I finally decided I might have a quick bash at a points-for-weapons mode.)
