How to add new maps (video)

Yeah... what the topic said... This is the old map just so you can see what it was like before.
It needs to be symmetrical and have a platform on the far sides of the map(which you can see in the old map in the lower left and right corners.), which will be where you need to go because the mission is a "Control The Points" type mission. It can be any theme you want too. Have fun

All I get when searching this forum is "just use inkscape" when someone asks how to use a map.

Okay, I downloaded inkscape.. NOW WHAT?

I have no idea

-what size the image should be
-what template to use
-dos and donts
-what colours do I use for the land and what colours do I use for the background in order to distinguish the two?
-do I need to use layers or whatever?
-what file format do I save it as?
-how do I open it on hedgewars?

I have NO idea.

Can someone tell me how to edit demos?

I have a demo that someone sent to me but I don't know where to put it. You guys say put in the "Demo" folder put there is none in the "Data" folder. Just Map, Missions, Fonts, Forts, Graphics, Locale, Misc, Music, Names, Scripts, Sounds, and Themes but NO DEMO FOLDER or saved.

Should I create a folder :/ ?????

and i would also like to know how to record demos
